Long time, no blog!

Clearly I am not a prolific blogger! I am hoping to up my game in this department. Since I last updated, I added another grandson (current and possibly final count, is 5 grandsons and 1 granddaughter) They are a blast and inspire me everyday to work on projects that kids love to read over and over over again. Sorry parents. I want my books to be 'those' books. The ones you try to hide, so that your kids will pick something else to read every night! The one they can 'read' themselves because they've had it read to them every night for months :)

In other news, I am wrapping up the art for the third book in the Peg series. PEG'S EGG. I love it. I think it's really funny and it's a simple message that all of us could do better at!

And in MORE other news, I am working on a project that I am so excited about. It is in the early stages and I am just starting the submission process, but I am hopeful that someone will love it as much as I do. Not to be too cryptic...but stayed tuned. And send good vibes!
